We are an online shop facility and sales are effected only by delivery to the customer address. We do not operate any sales premises nor is it possible to collect the purchased goods in person.
We strive to ensure the shortest possible delivery times. According to the respective laws and regulations we have 14 days to complete a delivery.
We cooperate with the best and proven shipping agents. For domestic deliveries we use the DPD service and all international dleiveries are handled for us by GLS company. They both guarantee the speediest and effective service including insurance and safety handling of expensive and sometimes fragile products.
The standard delivery time is within the following working day from then date of shipment from our warehouse (excluding holidays and weekends).
